• Automatic reminders on a schedule you control. 24 hours and 1 hour before by default. Change the timing and the wording in one file.
• A simple admin. See your day at a glance, open any booking, mark it complete or a no-show, and block off dates when you are away.
• Email that works on day one. SMS when you want it. The app runs fully on email out of the box. Add your Twilio keys whenever you are ready and text reminders switch on. Nothing breaks while you wait.

Honest about scope

This is built for a single provider or one shared calendar. It does not do multi-staff scheduling, take payments at booking out of the box, or show times in each customer's local zone in v1. Those are documented as upgrade recipes, not hidden gaps.
