What's included

Everything you need to ship

Quote requests that follow up for you

You set up the form once. Every quote request lands in a clean admin pipeline. Each prospect gets four follow-up emails over fourteen days, automatically. They click one button if they want you to stop. You click one button when you win the deal.

That's the whole product.

Built for

Service businesses where the buying decision takes a few weeks and the follow-up is the deal:

  • Web agencies and design studios pricing new projects
  • General contractors and home services bidding remodels
  • Consultants and solo operators scoping engagements

If your sales process is "send a quote, then poke them every few days until they say yes or no," this is what you already do, just automated.

What you get

A quote form that fits your business. Drop in your brand name and your fields, or start from one of three included presets (web agency, general contractor, consultant). All edits happen in one config file. No theme builders.

A follow-up sequence that actually goes out. Four emails timed for service sales: an immediate acknowledgement, then nudges on day 3, day 7, and day 14. The copy is yours to edit in one TypeScript file. Add a step, change the timing, rewrite the tone, all in the same place.

An engine that runs on its own. Hourly schedule check, on Vercel's free tier. Never double-sends, even when jobs overlap. You won't think about it after setup.

A pipeline view that takes one glance. Sign in by clicking a link emailed to you, no passwords to manage. Every lead grouped by status: New, Following up, Responded, Closed. Click into a lead to see the full cadence timeline, then mark them won, lost, or paused with one click.

A one-click stop link in every email. Prospects opt themselves out of the sequence. No "reply STOP" inbox to monitor. The link is unique per prospect and works the same on the second click as the first.

A new-lead fan-out across three channels. The moment a quote request comes in: the prospect gets an acknowledgement email, you get a notification email, and your Slack channel pings (optional). Each delivery is tracked so you know what fired and what didn't.

Built for AI editing

Open the template in Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, or any AI coding editor and the codebase is already prepared for it.

  • AGENTS.md at the project root primes your AI editor with the stack, file layout, and conventions. Most editors load it automatically the moment you open the project.
  • CUSTOMIZE_WITH_AI.md ships ten paste-ready prompts for the customizations buyers actually ask for. "Add a Phone field to the form." "Switch to a 5-email cadence over 21 days." "Replace Slack with Discord." Paste the prompt, the agent does the rest.
  • The codebase is config-driven by design. Form fields, cadence steps, email copy, brand strings all live in TypeScript files an agent can find and edit safely without touching the engine.

The result: you don't have to read the codebase to change it. Describe what you want, the agent makes the edit, and the change lands in one well-named file.

This is the Merkado Originals standard. Every internally built template ships agent-ready from day one.

How it deploys

Standard Next.js + Supabase setup. The included DEPLOY.md walks you through it in under an hour:

  1. Push the code to your own GitHub repo
  2. Import it into Vercel (free Hobby tier runs the cron)
  3. Connect a free Supabase project
  4. Paste a Resend API key (free tier sends 100/day)

Supabase free tier comfortably covers tens of thousands of leads. Total monthly cost at low volume: $0.

What you own

The full source code. MIT-licensed, yours to modify, fork, or reuse across multiple client projects. Roughly 3,000 lines of well-commented TypeScript with 26 passing unit tests. No per-seat fees. No monthly subscription. No vendor account holding your data.

Security baseline

Buyer data stays on buyer infrastructure. Anonymous users have zero direct database access. Every public write goes through a server route with input validation. Postgres row-level security is enabled, the stop link is gated by a 32-character token, and the cron endpoint requires a bearer secret.

Buyer FAQ

Do I need to be a developer? Less than you used to. You need to run npm install and follow DEPLOY.md once, both of which any AI editor (Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf) can walk you through. After that, customization happens through the agent-ready setup above. If you can describe what you want changed in plain English, the agent will handle it.

What if I want a different cadence than 14 days? Edit one file: lib/follow-up-cadence.ts. Change the timing, add a step, rewrite the copy. The engine reads everything from config, so any schedule you can describe in TypeScript will run.

What about email deliverability? Resend handles sending. You bring a verified domain (the SETUP guide walks through DNS records). Emails go out from your own domain and inherit your sender reputation, not the template's.

Does this replace HubSpot? For the "capture quote requests and follow up" loop, yes. For broader CRM (contact management, segmentation, deal stages, multi-channel marketing automation), no. This is a focused tool for one job, owned by you.
