Ops Reporting Dashboard
Every number that matters, on one dashboard you own. Track your KPIs with honest gap-aware charts, weekly email digests, and read-only share links. No per-seat SaaS bill.

Dashboard
Everything you need to ship
Your business numbers live in five tools and a spreadsheet. Bring them home.
Most small teams track their key numbers in a tangle of spreadsheets, SaaS dashboards, and someone's memory. The numbers exist, but nobody looks at them, and when they do, a blank week quietly renders as zero and lies to everyone.
This template is a self-hosted reporting dashboard for the handful of numbers that actually run your business: MRR, new leads, proposals sent, utilization, NPS, whatever you choose. Enter data by hand, upload a CSV, or push it in from your tools through a secure API. Then let the dashboard do the honest work.
Honest charts, not vanity charts
- Gaps stay gaps. A week nobody recorded shows as "No data", never as a fake zero that tanks your trendline.
- Current periods are marked "so far" and never compared as if they were finished.
- Deltas know their baseline. No prior data means no percentage theater.
- Targets tracked per metric, hit or missed at a glance, with direction-aware coloring (down is good for churn).
How data gets in
- Type it: a fast manual grid for the current period across all your metrics.
- Upload it: CSV import with a dry-run preview that tells you exactly what will be created or updated, and rejects misaligned dates instead of silently moving them.
- Push it: a bearer-authenticated ingest API with two-key rotation, so your automations (Zapier, Make, a cron script) can post numbers without downtime during key changes.
Reporting that reaches people
- Weekly digest: every Monday, a clean summary email (and optional Slack post) with your headline numbers, biggest movers, and target status. Missed a week because the server was asleep? It self-heals and sends when it wakes.
- Read-only share links: give your investor, client, or team a live dashboard URL with zero login. Tokens are stored hashed, revocable in one click, rate-limited, and marked noindex.
What you get
- Unlimited metrics with daily, weekly, or monthly granularity, grouped how you like
- Dashboard with 30/90/365-day windows, per-metric detail pages with history tables
- CSV export that is formula-injection safe (your spreadsheet stays a spreadsheet)
- 3 ready-made presets: agency ops, SaaS ops, and services ops, plus 90 days of demo data
- Magic-link admin auth; the public sees nothing unless you hand them a share link
Built for AI editing
Ships agent-ready: AGENTS.md for Cursor, Claude Code, and Windsurf, plus CUSTOMIZE_WITH_AI.md with paste-ready recipes (add a metric preset, change digest day, wire a new data source). Customize without learning the internals.
Under the hood
Next.js 15, Supabase (Postgres + magic-link auth), Recharts, Resend for digests, Tailwind v4, TypeScript strict. 117 automated tests including concurrency proofs for the digest claim. Everything degrades gracefully: no Resend key means digests report skipped, nothing breaks.
Requirements
Supabase project (free tier works) and optionally a Resend account for the weekly digest. Deploys to Vercel with an hourly cron in about 30 minutes with the included guide.
