SOP Runner for Internal Ops
Turn your standard operating procedures into checklists your team actually runs. Snapshot-proof runs, due dates, evidence uploads, and automatic overdue nudges.

Internal ToolNo-code friendly
Everything you need to ship
Your SOPs live in a doc nobody opens. Fix that.
Every business runs on repeatable processes: onboarding a new hire, kicking off a client project, closing the books. The procedure lives in a Google Doc, the execution lives in someone's head, and the follow-through lives nowhere. Steps get skipped, nobody knows who owns what, and you find out at the worst moment.
This template turns each SOP into a run: a live checklist with an owner, due dates, and proof of work. Start a run, watch the progress bar, and let the built-in nudge engine chase the overdue steps so you do not have to.
How it works
- Admins build SOP templates in a step editor: checkbox steps, text answers, file evidence, and link steps, each marked required or optional with a due-date offset.
- Anyone on the team starts a run from a template and assigns it. The run is a frozen snapshot, so editing the template later never corrupts work in flight.
- Steps get completed with real evidence: typed answers, uploaded files (private storage), or a simple check. Required steps gate completion; the run closes itself the moment the last required step is done.
- Every day at the hour you choose, each person with overdue steps gets ONE tidy digest email listing everything they owe, oldest first. No spam, no per-step nagging, and a 20-hour guard so nobody gets pinged twice in a day.
What you get
- Template builder: four step kinds, drag ordering, required and optional steps, per-step due-date offsets, markdown instructions
- Snapshot runs: in-flight runs are immune to template edits; done runs never change
- Smart due dates: end-of-business-day deadlines in YOUR timezone, correct across daylight-saving switches
- Overdue nudge digests: one email per person per day at your chosen hour, powered by an atomic claim so overlapping cron ticks can never double-send
- Evidence uploads: private 25 MB file storage with short-lived signed downloads
- Team allowlist: magic-link sign-in for invited members only, admin and member roles, deactivation that instantly locks a person out and flags their orphaned runs for reassignment
- Slack option: mirror the daily digest into a channel
- 3 ready-made presets: employee onboarding, client project kickoff, and month-end close, plus demo data so the dashboard is alive on first run
Built for AI editing
Ships agent-ready: AGENTS.md context for Cursor, Claude Code, and Windsurf, plus CUSTOMIZE_WITH_AI.md with paste-ready recipes (add a step kind, change the nudge cadence, restyle the dashboard). Customize without learning the internals.
Under the hood
Next.js 15, Supabase (Postgres + magic-link auth + private storage), Resend for nudge emails, Tailwind v4, TypeScript strict. 112 automated tests including concurrency proofs for the completion race and the nudge claim. Works without Resend configured: everything runs, sends are reported as skipped until you add a key.
Requirements
Supabase project (free tier works) and a Resend account for nudge emails. Deploys to Vercel with an hourly cron in about 30 minutes with the included guide.
